Bundi: Gram flour, Refined palm oil, Salt, Turmeric powder, Black salt.
Bombay Chowpatty Pani Puri Recipe:
Our Recommendation: To make the puris extra crispy remove them from the container & place them in the microwave on medium heat for 45 seconds (Timings may very from microwave to microwave), or heat them in a conventional oven for 3-4 minutes (Timings may vary from oven to oven).
Pani Puri Water: Add 250ml of chilled water to the 50 g sachet of pani puri chutney or Dilute to taste.
Date & Tamarind Chutney: Add 180 ml of chilled water to the 80g sachet of the date & tamarind chutney or dilute to taste.
Bundi Filling: Soak bundi in water for 2 minutes. Drian of the excess water.
To Make Pani Puri: Place puris in a dish & make a small hole in the top of each one. Half fill the puris with bundis, add some date & tamarind chutney and then spoon in the pani puri water to taste. Serve immediately. For a delicious alternative. Half fill the puris with mashed boiled potatoes, bundis, chopped onions, fresh coriander leaves and a pinch of salt. Rest of the procedure is same as above.
